Discs Iook nice Rare Most Wanted is a 1997 American action thriller film written by Keenen Ivory Wayans, who also starred in the lead role. The film co-stars Jon Voight, Jill Hennessy and Paul Sorvino.

Gunnery Sergeant James Dunn (Wayans) (a United States Marine sniper, who served in the Gulf War) is ordered to kill an Iraqi courier; he refuses to (as the courier is a ten-year-old boy) and his commanding officer threatens to shoot him. Defending himself, Gunn wrestles the Lieutenant who is accidentally killed. Convicted of murder, Gunn is sent to the stockade awaiting his death sentence. Dunn is transferred to death row and is rescued and recruited for a top-secret special operations squad led by Lt. Col. Grant Casey (Voight). Their mission is to neutralize criminals who had avoided conventional law enforcement methods
