The DVD is in FUNCTIONAL condition. There are lots of scuffs; as the DVD came free from it's housing while in transit to me

I have viewed the dvd with the counter AND subtitle ON, & did NOT notice any issues

Note also, minimal-padding, & rough-handling by a certain large mail carrier has caused... 1 & 2] a crack along the front-bottom of the CASE & a small tear to the jacket; 3] a small slash across the spine of the CASE ~ leaving a tiny perforation of the jacket; & 4] some scrapes to the back of the CASE, resulting in dimpling to the jacket
