Description
Single port 1950s working black bakelite desk telephone, fitted with standard jackpoint, just plug into an existing phone point. It will ring on incoming calls, and can be answered on all networks. Nice nostalgic old bell ring tone, has good speech and hearing, phone this age will not be perfect and may have a bit of static, but overall works fine for a 60+ year old phone. Note, the phone will only dial out on exchanges that accept pulse dialing, predominantly most Telecom/Spark exchanges, but not all. Good example/condition, ready to plug in and use, pull out drawer with plastic sleeve, reproduction dial card, braided handset cord, has a some wear. The sliver dummy button provides no function, its a left over feature from the old inter-office transfer call days. Phone has been stripped down, serviced, cleaned and polished. Pick up from Ruby Bay, but arrangements can be made from Motueka/Nelson or could be dropped off when passing through. Any questions please ask.
