Antique brass laboratory test tube cork cutter with graduated cutters. This is what I was told about 40 years ago when I purchased this item. I placed a matchbox in my pics to give an idea of size, it has a lot of different size cutters, the biggest around 9 mm then 8 mm etc etc and the smallest about 3 mm. Please see all my pics.
