Sadly, one of the glass panes cracked in the Christchurch earthquakes when an item toppled into into it, so, it has sat in storage ever since. I've been advised that it's a very simple fix for a glazier as the glass is flat... Will leave this up to the new owner but can offer a good recommendation if required.
