Description
Rare Otto Larsen Lazy Susan Occasional Table.
Renowned NZ Mid century Danish furniture designer Otto Larsen created beautiful furniture in the Danish style for New Zealanders in the mid century.
This piece of furniture needs some love. The inlaid removable Lazy Susan part has some lifting and is marked. However it still spins as designed and has ball bearings to do so. The legs and the base section also require some adjustment. The original design of this piece could have been as a Lazy Susan on a stand, as the lazy Susan rests nicely in the bottom part when not in use on a table top.
It’s still functional, however just needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to its true value and original beauty. This could be a beautiful piece to add to your mid century furniture collection. Happy Bidding.
Dimensions: approx 53cm wide by 45cm high.

Hi Do you know the age of this Thanks Tony g********3 (96 • 08:41 pm, Mon, 29 Apr )Hi Tony. I’m sorry I don’t know the exact age of this. I’ve been trying to research it, but I can’t find anything similar. Otto Larsen was designing furniture from the 1950’s until the late 1970’s I believe. I’m not an expert though so if someone out there knows more please let me know! colboy07 (309 • Monday, 29 April 2024 )Hi, where is pick up please? m******a (236 • 08:54 pm, Tue, 30 Apr )Hi there.
