Vintage mid century Backhouse armchair with original upholstery. Good condition except for a small tear in the seat, and the underside of one of the arms (near the back) has a small split. I’d say the wood frame is either mahogany or teak, but not 100% sure.

Only $1 reserve as I don’t know what this would be worth (noting that it probably needs a little bit of filler/TLC on the arm and maybe new upholstery).
