The necklace has two heart charms attached. One heart features a central pearl surrounded by red enamel with a locket compartment on the back and the other enamel heart has a border of natural pearls.  Both have the most wonderful rich deep red enamel that add a wonderful pop of colour.  The necklace is attached securely by a t-bar and jump ring.
