Raz (Rasmussen) toy from Ice Age 4, Continental Drift (McDonalds 2012).
Raz is a tough Australian (Aussie Sheila) prehistoric kangaroo (Procoptodon), who is part of Captain Gutt's crew, and their weapons & artillery expert.
She uses her pouch to store weapons, especially a sawfish skull that she uses as a sword in fights. She also stores dried starfish, sea anemones, etc. in there, to throw in fights, by using her powerful legs to launch these projectiles at enemies by kicking them.
This purple toy has the brown pop-up sawfish-saw in her pouch.
