PerfectButter® Alfille Temperature Controlled Butter-Dish is a unique new eco-friendly product (butter conditioner), with simple circuitry, low power output means low cost and battery-free operation.

It is the world's first fully portable Temperature Controlled Butter Dish, which both heats and cools, keeping butter at a perfect spreading temperature 24 hours a day.

The butter dish is plugged directly into the mains power point, since the butter dish is 12volts you can even use it in your car, caravan or boat (cigarette lighter charger not included).

The butter dish will continually keep butter at the right temperature, provided the instructions are followed carefully and is not un-plugged for more than a couple of hours. You can even adjust the temperature yourself to suit your preferred texture.

The unit uses up to 2.2A at 12V, which means the energy consumption is extremely low. The washable dish inside will hold around 250gm of butter, so it's about half a block of the standard NZ pack of butter sliced in half horizontally.
