This $5 phone card, Otama Bay by Wendy Leach (a popular New Zealand artist, known for her unique, colourful and vibrant landscapes), was 1 of 4 phonecards in the 2004 series, Wendy Leach Landscapes (the others being: $5 Tussockland, $10 Summer, and $20 Shotover).

These were all Chip Smart PhoneCards, only for use in Telecom's pay phones.

This PhoneCard is used, not new, and expired in April 2007.
