This is a souvenir from the 1953 Royal Visit to New Zealand of the newly-crowned Queen Elizabeth.
As you can see by the pic, it has gotten a bit moth-eaten over time, so it is offered in "as is" condition. Still quite an interesting piece for a collector or hobbyist though ?
