200mm x 150mm signed etching by famous German artist - Alexander Eckener (1870-1944)
Two gentlemen entering what appears to be a warehouse and being welcomed by a small dog. Given the style of dress this probably dates from the 19th Century.
A genuine collector's piece from a master of his craft.
