Under the ruler is a 32cm x 2mm x 2mm complete 90° length , for your finger to pick ruler up. Clear numerals along top side along the complete 32cm length bevelle 1cm x 1mm length. Ten black millimetres are printed in black ink 4mm line along the 30cm.
Ruler has straight edges, but some blue ink on top edge. Two white twink ink 7mm blobs parallel on word 'Laser'. Measurements: 32cm x 2.5cm x 3mm. No cigarette. In Birkenhead.
