Told through fictional characters, The Martyr of the Catacombs relates the history of the early church and the determination of its members to obtain salvation. The Martyr of the Catacombs is a great old Christian fiction classic text normally attributed to an anonymous author, but lately identified as the work of James De Mille, an early Canadian novelist who published numerous works of popular fiction from the late 1860s through the 1870s.
