NZ was on the cusp of a total societal overhaul (via the rise of market economics), and the content of the magazine reflects the awkwardness and guilt and childish glee of it all. This is a fabulous time capsule of New Zealand, with lots of really embarrassing recipes!

eg: Annabelle Langbein telling people to add half a cup of tomato sauce to a meal... (_ nic*e _ ! )

Magazine is totally intact, pressed straight, unwritten upon, unmarked, spine has worn away but binding glue is perfect.
