Author Biography

Ben Wilson holds a BSc degree from the University of Wales and is a qualified personal trainer. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist [CSCS], a qualification awarded by the National Strength and Conditioning Assocation in USA, which is a leading authority on conditioning for athletes.
