The stories of the Terrace and Thorndon are as rich and long as the streets that make up these two historic Wellington areas.Today much of the past is obliterated.It has vanished in the name of 'progress'.. We have lost much already - we still have much to lose,not just the remaining historic buildings,but the memory and contribution of the people and places to the city of Wellington and the rest of the country..
