Wool carpet as shown in photos. Reasonable condition. Would be around 15 years old. There are some stains as you'd expect at this age. There is one damaged spot shown in the photo of where a raised hearth from the fire place was sitting, this is on the edge of the lounge cut. The only underlay available is from the lounge.
