Description
Single glazed joinery as removed from our studio unit. Condition as per photos and description below. Auction includes 1 French door (with lock/key), 1 Medium size window and 3 identical small windows.
French Door Size - 2040H x 1600W Details - Bottom wooden jamb needs to be replaced. Slight aluminium damage (superficial) where robbers tried to open the door.
Window 1 (Medium size) Size - 530H x 1800W Details - 2 opening windows. Slight aluminum damage to one window (see photos)
Window 2 (Small size) Size - 530H x 1200W Detail - 1 opening window. Brand new and never installed
Window 3(Small size) Size - 530H x 1200W Detail - 1 opening window. Great condition.
Window 4 (Small size) Size - 530H x 1200W Detail - 1 opening window. Slight damage from break-in (see photos).
As above, two of the windows and the door were slightly damaged during a break-in last year (refer photos). Selling as we have upgraded to double glazed.
Buyer must pickup from Mt Wellington Auckland (by 28/04). Feel free to ask any questions. More than welcome to arrange viewing if required.
