Return Policy:

If the item is fine and you just simply don not like it or it is not suitable, you can return it unconditionally within seven days and get a full refund, but the return postage will be on you.

If the item is faulty or got any damage and you need to swap one, please sent it back to us , we will pay you back the postage and sent you a replacement for free.

If you are in Auckland Area and you need sparky to install the lighting or any electrical work, we have Registered Electrician team to help you. It is 50$ per hour plus travelling cost and plus GST.
