We have decided to re do our whole kitchen so everything must go. Everything currently works as it is, some of the hinges may need some adjusting as some front have dropped a little. Overall still in good condition.

The successful bidder needs to remove the kitchen as it currently is themselves on the 1st or 2nd of June. We will still be using the kitchen up until then and the new kitchen is set for install on the 4th June.

The cupboards and shelves will be completely cleared out prior to removal

The successful bidder is welcome to the dishwasher, oven and stovetop and extractor fan (not the ducting to go with it) The dishwasher works as is but needs a new cutlery tray and the racks need a couple new wheels. Would say its in average condition. The oven works fine and holds temperature well, the seal on the front door could be re done to hold the heat better. Other than that in good working order. Stovetop- Works but 3 of the elements you cannot control the temperature. when an element is turned on it will stay on high.

No included is the Fridge and other appliances (coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc)

If not removed over this weekend we will demo the kitchen ourselves.
