I beam 5.95m long. Cross section 165 x 310. Thickness 12mm. This beam has been indoors most of its life and was originally used over a truck servicing pit. The truck would drive along the beam so it is very strong. Would be a fantastic building element. Only minor surface rust as it sat outside for 6 months, stored inside now. Buyer must pick up, location is in Massey West / Red Hills Rd area. Note cutouts at each end, visible in photos. Happy to answer any questions
