A quick-drying water based matt white blocking primer that has excellent adhesion to wood, plaster and previously painted surfaces. It will seal all stains that may bleed through and discolour paint. When dry, it can be painted over with any type of paint and undercoat.
Seals problem stains: Asphalt Bitumen Crayon Creosote Graffiti Nicotine Rust Soot Tannin Water Stains
May also be used as a primer on new wood, MDF and all porous surfaces
