310L water heater complete with all ancillary electrical and plumbing parts shown in the attached photos. Both water supply and electric supply are disconnected. The unit comes with Timber supports and Earthquake strapping. The Water unit should be installed by an authorised person.

Purchased in 2012 it has been superseded by our preferred wet back supply of HW as we don’t want to be dependent on Electricity supply going forward. We also located it too close to the bedrooms - too noisy. You need to plan carefully where you locate the Heater The cost new was $8K without the ancillary electrics and plumbing which is now included in this sale.

You may wish to reuse the separation layer at the base of the heater if you are installing on Concrete yard, or use the existing mat, free of charge.

Please note our puppy has taken to chewing the insulation in several places, this is easily replaceable as it is standard pipe insulation. There are a couple of small “dings’ to the external surfaces.

A copy of the installation instructions is available. You will need a dedicated power circuit to suit power demand inputs, see photo of Specification label for details.

Pick up in Burnside, Christchurch. Unit is disconnected and fully assembled so you will need a couple of strong hands and a sack truck to wheel it away onto your trailer.

Unit was in working order prior to being disconnected, but is sold AS IS.
