We have just removed this fire from our house, it is the Rinnai Reflection ,it was installed in 2012 and the purchase price with the surrounds and all was over $4500 and have no problems with it, we have changed to a wood burning fire. It runs on natural Gas, has the black surround included. can purchase the flu kit. Note: we had our installed in our existing chimney so we did not need the flu piping to vent it as this was sufficient for the Rotorua Council. Feel free to ask any questions.
