Inside dimensions are 2800mm x 2200mm. Less than 10m2 so no need to have a permit. Wooden window frames. The roof is insulated with pink bats, not sure about the walls. Plywood exterior cladding, internally GIB boarded. Corrugated iron roof. No power hookup. It is currently on piles. Carpeted. Furnishings / accessories not included. Curtains are included.
