This listing is for one galvanised steel box-section U-frames that forms part of the skeleton of the structure

We choose to fix these U-frames at 800mm centres, so for example 6 bays for a 4.8m long unit requires 7 U-frames.

These form extremely durable and wind-resistant structures.

The U-frames are essentially one continuous steel tie-down component running from one side of the structure to the other.

Purlins are fixed to the underside of the steel U-frames (as may be the exterior cladding - so no risk of tear-off) and zincalume cladding may be tek-screwed directly into the steel U-frame (not to a timber purlin)

When the U-frames are dyna-bolted to each side of a concrete floor-pad, this forms a structure of unsurpassed wind-resistance (theoretically hurricane-proof)
