This 12m x 3.6m portable building is brand new, never used, built to order and we use NZ made materials.

It is fully insulated using Expol underfloor insulation, double glazed joinery and insulated wall and floor panels.

It is split into two separate spaces which each have their own external entry doors, it has an electrical WOF that covers the lights and power and the uses are endless. Offices, lunchrooms, accommodation, guardhouse, store room, ticket booths, meeting rooms, board rooms or a combination of these.
