Additional Requirements

• Set up fee of $250 which includes blocks to sit the room on and the set up of the deck and verandah, as both are dismantled for delivery.
• Hiab to lift Room from our trailer into place onsite - owners responsibility (to be discussed)
• Clearance area of at least 4m high and 3.5m wide to fit down drive ways.
