Fantastic building we have used for our guitar playing teenager, measures 6x3.1 plenty of room, could even put small kitchen in if you wanted to. Has been painted recently, however it does have a roof leak which has been fixed. It wasn't a big leak but with all this rain became apparent. Apart from that excellent condition. Only selling as not been used. Has a power box.
