3.6m long x 2.4m with 1.2m wide covered deck. 3 double power points 1 internal light 1 external light Smoke detector Caravan type connection for power. (lead not supplied, available at any electrical store) COC for electrical. Colorsteel cladding and plywood interior. Fully insulated walls, floor and ceiling. H3 treated flooring timber and bearers, and treated ply floor, H1.2 framing.

We also make a larger 2.4 x 4.15 (10sqm) cabin, the price for this is $11,900.

If set up is required it will be an extra $200 which includes pavers to sit unit on. We need a clear area of 3.0m high and 3.0m wide down drive ways. Deck is unassembled for delivery.

Other cladding and interior lining options are available, as is a mono sloping roof. Or if you have different requirements please let me know.

For a mono pitch roof add $300.

These units have also been used as baches offices, home hair salons, and craft/art studios.
