Used condition. Laser is meant to be a solid line, but there is a fault where the laser flashes instead. Laser is level, but flashing, otherwise functioning correctly.
Has a rechargeable Li Ion battery and charger.
A magnetized wall bracket is also included along with a rack and pinion to raise and lower it. It also comes with glasses and a laser plate.
