I have been the owner /operator of the Bream Bay News, a community newspaper that serves, Waipu, Ruakaka and One Tree Point for just on 20 years and, as I will be turning 70 this year, I would like to retire.
Is there anyone out there interested in taking it on?
I have enjoyed the independence of running my own business and getting to know and love my community.
I would prefer to hand over to someone with a passion for journalism and would be prepared to stay around for a month or two to show any new owner the ropes.
