I have developed a healthy ice cream that is manufactured from my home, fully portable to anywhere you want to be. I have marketed through some small specialist shops, but sell mostly at a large Auckland Farmers Market.

I manufacture one day a week, sell one day a week at the market. The business has a huge opportunity to grow, but needs time that I don't have.
