This is a really easy job, best suited to someone who is self motivated and willing to learn. You do not require any special skills other than a drivers license and a willingness to learn and do some basic courses which cost around 1k to complete and 1 day of your time. Support will be provided as needed for as long as you need it.

8+years of operation under the brand. Loyal client list, return clients and great reputation throughout the NI.

Services include healthy home reports (30%) and meth reports (70% of income). Could easily be expanded to include smoke alarms, asbestos, building inpections etc. Reports are generated using survey software. Booking, inspection, reporting and billing uses a few pieces of software and is very economical, simple & time efficient.

Sale Includes website (which organically generates 50% of the income without additional input (ie marketing spend), all marketing materials, software, email addresses, IP, business name etc.

Most of work in waikato / hamilton.

30 hours average work week. (school hour friendly - you make the booking).

140k+ PA gross from long term property management clients (50% give or take of income) and private landlords and pre-purchase inspections (the other 50%).

Room for price increases which have not been increased...ever. Is amongst the cheapest and the best known in the area.

Nets around 90-100k PA in discretionary spending.
Room to grow, has not been marketed to current property management companies in the area recently, as to why see below.

I need out of this company to focus on another which has had huge growth and is requiring more and more of my time, which has left this company without the attention it deserves.

Selling at a weak position as the business has not been prepped for sale at all. Time is an issue, a quick sale is preferred.
