I am selling my business after 13 years. The key asset, which is on offer in this auction, is our amazing BuildersCrack account containing reviews and feedback on NZ's most popular trade portal. Buyer may retain the use of the Michelangelo Painters name if desired.
Far cheaper than buying an entire painting business when all you really need is a solid reputation and a consistent stream of leads, which BuildersCrack provides for quality tradespeople with high ratings.
The first thing a customer does is look at your previous work. With BuildersCrack, customers get the entire painting history of a particular tradesman, in our case over 200 jobs over more than a decade. Because I've been so careful to maintain a high standard over the years, I am invariably selected over other tradies to quote on jobs. You cannot get a higher rating than what we have achieved - 200+ completed jobs with the maximum 5.0 / 5.0 (not 4.8, not 4.9) in all categories. Awarded BuildersCrack "Top Tradie" award 3 years running. To maintain this level, you need excellent workmanship, professionalism and communication. To ensure this happens, I will work with you initially to quality control your work if needed. I will also help you improve your skills if necessary.
You should pay the investment off with a couple of decent jobs, certainly within half a year.
