The Shortland Barber is a boutique barber shop located on Shortland Street in Auckland’s CBD. It has traded from the same location for some 40 years.

Currently the business is operated by a single working owner but there is enough business to easily operate the second chair either on a full time or part time basis. The current owner would be willing to consider working 2-3 days part time if required.

There is a solid lease in place through to 31 May 2027 with a further right of renewal through to 31 May 2030.

Shortland Street will always be a busy hub for Auckland City with several office blocks close by, however the inner-city restructuring has led to an increase in hotels and permanent residents as well as student numbers.
