Iconic Raglan Sunset Cruises, a Qualmark-Gold heritage tour and private charter boat business

Raglan Boat Charters operate since 2010. The business sales volume has grown 25% to 400000 in the past financial year.

The main asset is a 15m Catamaran surveyed for 70 passengers & 5 crew. Our popular 90 minute daytime and sunset cruises (50 pax) are regularly sold out to tourists and day trippers to Raglan. Private charters of 2-6 hours are very popular with a broad range of clientelle.

The business' reliable staff manage all daily operations, sales and marketing. Tours generally operate 5 days a week from September to May while private charters can be scheduled all year. Our off season is scheduled June July August.

Our boat Wahinemoe is a 2010 customised 15 meter semi displacement alloy powercat by renowned Kingfisher Boats Tauranga. It has a full kitchen, BBQ, two toilets, shower, all round sound system, large weather protected areas, flat screen TV and a spa pool. Currently surveyed for Raglan coastal Limits she exclusively operates within the harbor. The boat is extremely versatile with 4 cabins to carry equipment, or alternatively to sleep 8 people in houseboat mode. She is a capable landing craft with a winched ramp at the bow.

Fuel economy on her two Yamaha 100hp engines is an economic 10-15Lph. All house power is provided by solar panels and a wind generator that are managed by the latest Victron invertor, Power is stored in 8 Lithium Phosphate batteries. Wifi remote monitoing & management.
