This plucking machine is used in the automatic defeathering of chickens, ducks and geese. It can automatically remove the feather, fuzz, claw, and dirt on the skin, it can relieve you from the dirty and tiring manual labor work. It has features of easy operation, time saving and energy saving. Its working efficiency equals to 10 manual labor work. The pluckers are greatly used in free range organic farms, lifestyle blocks around country and poultry processing factories.

Usage Steps:

1. Put the slaughtered chickens, ducks or geese in 65 to 80 celsius degree hot water and scald evenly.
2. Turn on the machine and put the poultry inside the bucket
3. In around 10 seconds, open the water tap to wash away poultry feather, after a while, stall the machine and takeout the products. Normally it takes 30 seconds to clean chicken feather and a little bit longer for duck and geese feather.
