Fluke 1652C Multifunction Installation Tester

We were told it is a 2012 model, in excellent condition. It has a couple of marks, as a used meter. No Cal Cert, but it has been tested against the results of a calibrated meter, all good. Everything you need to test and fault find. This instrument can be used every single day (day in, day out), and covers all your major testing needs.
