Wondershop's compostable courier mailer bags are truly environmentally friendly replacement of standard plastic courier bags. They are manufactured in the same size as standard NZPost/CourierPost trackpaks, made from Eco-friendly nature cornstarch and other compostable materials, printed with non-toxic water based ink. Our compostable bags can break down readily in a composting system through microbial activity to form compost and do not produce any toxic material. Compare to degradable bags or some biodegradable bags, which are often still plastic bags that have microorganisms added to break down into hundreds of tiny pieces of plastic, our compostable bags will return to their organic form and go one step further by giving back to the soil the nutrients it needs through composting.

To better fit into New Zealand environment our compostable bags are certified by Australian standards to be both Home Compostable(AS5810) and Commercial Compostable(AS4736).

The nature of fully compostable materials means that they will naturally degrade over time when exposed to moisture or liquid. This is not a product fault. Therefore, to ensure full satisfaction and product performance from our fully compostable courier bags please avoid exposure to excess moisture, liquid or sharp objects, and store in a cool dry place.
