Commercial mixer can easily do a 10kg bag of flour in a mix. Great for bakeries and pizza shops...unlike most mixers on trade me this mixer is a much more expensive rising top removable bowl unit. Made in Italy.. it has been used for 3 short summer seasons of pizza dough making... it is in excellent condition....with this deal comes a bag of 4 new wheels/Castors..the wheels it rolls on at present are a little bit wobbly.. this is because I had to move it on a trailer and I don't think the wheels are designed for that..they are still working fine just a bit more wobbly. .. mixer will be shipped or you can pick it up with the old wheels on it and when you place it in your kitchen fit the brand new wheels then... Pick up and viewing is in Pauanui ,,, if you are from out of town I do have a mainfreight account so I can ship it to new owner obviously at buyers expense.. one off opportunity for this amazing mixer..
