These commercial grade pans are made of high quality heavy duty steel which will last long for ages. Lids are made of heavy duty aluminium. When the lids are on there is no space for air/moist to go in or out. These pans can keep your pizza dough fresh in cool room/store for up to 3 days (depends on your dough recipe) These pans heat up very quickly and provide the sufficient temperature to pizza dough so that it can be cooked according to your expectations. Once you started using these pans regularly, these brand new pans will become non-stick after few uses. These pans are very easy to pull out from oven with pan gripper. Pans and lids are designed to stag up safely. Recommended height for staging is up to 20-25 pans each stag. Easy to clean. Lids are recommended to wash daily, pans can be cleaned after 5-6 months as these are sanitized by heat each time goes through the oven.
