This auction is for the entire contents of an approx. 2 x 2.4-meter Storage Unit The Unit includes but not limited to the following: Wooden Bed with stained glass insert, large number of bag & boxes miscellaneous items.

We are selling this entire unit’s contents due to owner defaulting on their storage fees. As such we are not able to offer a Buy Now, so please do not ask. It is required by law that we let this run to completion.

This unit is to be sold on an “As Is Where Is” basis and we offer no warranties, guarantees, and accept no liability as to condition of goods in the unit. While we take every effort to accurately reflect the items in this unit, we are not liable for any variations either express or implied from the items listed or photographed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please note that we sell these goods under the Self-Storage Association of Australasia guidelines and New Zealand law.

If you win this Auction, you have two days of the Auction closing, to arrange payment. Full payment must be made (Bank deposit or Cash only).

PICK UP ONLY – TE PUKE (by arrangement with the facility operator). Please be aware that the auction is for the ENTIRE CONTENTS OF THE UNIT, so ALL items must be removed except for any personal papers, photos etc which must be left with the Storage facility.

We will allow you 3 days to remove all the contents of the unit. If you need additional time, the facility operator will be willing to work with you if you keep them informed.
