Our phone provider has now resolved the issue that prevented some customers from reaching our support line.

Our phone provider is currently experiencing a technical issue that is preventing some customers from reaching our support line. Until this is resolved, please email us using our contact form.

Unfortunately, this issue is outside of our control. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We have had confirmation that the previous issue with the delivery of Text Me SMS messages has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

9:15am: Text Me SMS delivery problems

There is currently a problem preventing the delivery and receipt of Text Me SMS messages to and from our members. Unfortunately this issue is outside of our control.

We are in contact with our SMS provider and will post an update once this problem has been resolved.

Our apologies to all affected members.
