Works fine
Was told when I bought it that only one of the two fans work, and the other rattles a little but spins up OK. Personally I never noticed and it was inside my PC case so couldn't see it.
The case around the fans is cracked where it screws to the board (as per photo). Doesn't affect the card and maybe this is what the previous seller was meaning.
Has 2 dvi ports and 1 mini HDMI.
Needs 2 x 6pin plugs from your PSU.
