Hi, I was wondering about what your view on people with 0 or 1 or negative feedback bidding on your $1 reserve auctions? It happens a lot on this site and apart from bidding up the price which is good for the seller they seem to seldomly go through with the payment part of the process. It's happened to me recently as a buyer. Some sellers ask for people with low or negative feedback to ask in advance if they can bid and often get approval that way.
