I was sent the wrong refill, which didn't fit my printer. But when I realised this, I could no longer return it. It's in its original box, but has been removed from its original packaging. It was promptly put into a ziplock bag. The refill will definitely work with the right printer. I can send this anywhere in NZ. Give it a go for way less than the cost of a new one!
