Unsure of condition, so selling as faulty
Note there are no CPU's or Raid Card's and no hard drives - I'm not sure what else is missing from this, what you see in the photos is what you get.
Both PSU LED's light up when power is plugged in, the motherboard LED lights up also but nothing beyond that. Power button does nothing, no fans start.
11x 3.5" drive caddy's in the front.
